The Spring 2019 Convocation ceremony for Physics and Astronomy graduates was celebrated on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Regener Hall Auditorium. Three CQuIC students participated in Convocation: Ezad Shojaee, Matthew Curry, and Gopikrishnan Muraleedharan for the degree of Ph.D. degrees in Physics. Regents’ Professor and Director of CQuIC, Ivan Deutsch served as their official Ph.D. Advisor and mentor in quantum information science during their years of doctoral study. Matthew Curry worked under the supervision Drs. Steven Carr and Malcolm Carroll, UNM CQuIC Associate Faculty at Sandia National Labs.

The CQuIC team of faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students and staff offer congratulations and best wishes to our graduates.
